These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WowVegas social sweepstakes casino, including the website, dashboard, and any related apps (together, the “Platform”). Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and WowVegas agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law or where you elect to pursue a claim in small claims court.

You and WowVegas each waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only, and an arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

If any part of this arbitration and class-action waiver is found unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force, and the parties will resolve the affected dispute through the courts of competent jurisdiction available to them under applicable law.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

The Platform is intended for adults only, and by registering you represent that you meet the minimum age required under the law of your jurisdiction of residence. You further represent that all registration information you submit is true, current, and complete, and that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where sweepstakes-style play of this kind is prohibited.

WowVegas is available in most US states and territories where eligible states sweepstakes promotions of this type are permitted by law; the Platform is void where prohibited. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of WowVegas and its affiliated service providers are not eligible to participate in sweepstakes promotions.

You must be of the legal age required in your state or territory of residence.
You must reside in a jurisdiction where the Platform’s sweepstakes promotions are legally permitted.
You may maintain only one account, in your own name, using accurate personal information.
You must not be located in a jurisdiction identified as ineligible under applicable promotion rules.

Where a purchase-equivalent method is offered to obtain Sweeps Coins, an alternate method of entry is available at no cost; details are provided on the site or dashboard so that no purchase is ever required to participate.

You further represent that you are not on any government exclusion or self-exclusion list applicable to sweepstakes or gaming-style entertainment in your jurisdiction, and that you are legally permitted to enter online promotions under the law that applies to you. Providing false representations regarding age, residency, or eligibility is a material breach of these Terms.

WowVegas may request documentation to confirm any representation made under this section, including proof of age or proof of residence, before permitting continued play or before processing any redemption. Because eligibility for eligible states sweepstakes participation can change as laws evolve, WowVegas may adjust availability in a given state or territory at any time without prior notice.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are virtual, revocable licenses granted for use within the Platform and are not currency, property, or a financial instrument of any kind. Gold Coins have no cash value and exist solely for entertainment play; they cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or sold for cash or anything of value.

Sweeps Coins are a promotional entry mechanism used in connection with sweepstakes offered on the Platform. Where permitted by law and subject to identity verification, Sweeps Coins won through eligible play may be redeemable for prizes according to the redemption rules posted on the dashboard at the time of redemption.

All coins remain the property of WowVegas and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. WowVegas may adjust coin balances, redemption thresholds, or promotional structures at any time, and reserves the right to withhold or delay redemption pending verification of eligibility, identity, or compliance with these Terms.

Coin balances displayed on the Platform are for informational purposes and do not represent a bank deposit, a wallet balance, or any deposited funds. No provision of these Terms should be read as permitting the deposit of money into a coin balance in exchange for outcomes resembling real-money gambling; the coin framework exists solely to support free social play and lawful sweepstakes participation.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify WowVegas promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

WowVegas prohibits any attempt to defraud, manipulate, or abuse the Platform, including but not limited to the use of bots, scripts, collusion between accounts, exploitation of software errors, or the creation of multiple accounts by a single individual or household.

Creating or controlling more than one account per person or household.
Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the Platform.
Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or promotional codes in bad faith.
Providing false identity, age, or location information.
Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

WowVegas reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate affected accounts, void associated coin balances, and withhold redemptions where fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected, in each case without prior notice.

Where WowVegas determines that a violation has occurred, it may also report the activity to relevant payment processors, sweepstakes administrators, or law enforcement authorities as required by law. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the Platform and forfeiture of any pending Sweeps Coins redemption associated with the affected account.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All content on the Platform, including software, graphics, game titles, logos, and text, is owned by WowVegas or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any such content to you.

If you submit feedback, reviews, or other content to WowVegas, you grant WowVegas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You represent that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform’s software or content without WowVegas’s prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of WowVegas trademarks, game titles, or branding elements is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination in addition to any other remedies available to WowVegas.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failure, connectivity issues, or events outside our reasonable control. WowVegas does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform at all times.

In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, coin balances, or promotional entries, WowVegas reserves the right to void affected results and restore balances to their state prior to the malfunction. WowVegas is not liable for losses arising from outages, delays, or disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

WowVegas will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance windows in advance and to restore service as quickly as practicable following an unplanned outage. Displayed game results, coin balances, or promotional standings that are affected by a confirmed system error are not considered final until verified by WowVegas.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WowVegas and its affiliates, officers, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even where advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, WowVegas’s aggregate liability to you will be limited to the minimum amount permitted under that law. You agree to indemnify and hold WowVegas harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, whether contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, and applies even where a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the limitations in this section may not apply to you depending on where you reside.

Termination and General Provisions

WowVegas may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal or regulatory requirements, or at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support through the dashboard.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. These Terms, together with any documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and WowVegas regarding use of the Platform.
